Delivery, Returns and Refunds Policy

Luminess Beauty returns policy:

 

If you received a different item to the one you ordered.

Luminess Beauty will replace the item or provide a full refund. To receive your replacement or refund you must return the original item to Luminess Beauty’s distribution centre. Your refund or replacement order will be processed within 2–3 days of receiving your item. Please contact customer service on 03 9913 3207 to arrange return of the item.
 

If your item was damaged while being shipped to you.

If your item was damaged before you have received it at your delivery address you will receive a full refund or replacement. You will be required to return the item to Luminess Beauty’s distribution centre in Australia. If you return an item you will not incur any shipping or handling fees. Please contact customer service on 03 9913 3207 to arrange return and replacement or refund.
 

The item I ordered arrived faulty or didn’t work as intended

If your item is faulty on arrival, it will be replaced free of charge. You will be required to return the item to Luminess Beauty’s distribution center in Australia. If you return an item you will not incur any shipping or handling fees. Please contact customer service on 03 9913 3207 to arrange return and replacement.
 

Luminess Beauty policy on Return of Goods for Credit or Refund, where goods are not faulty or damaged during shipping

Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer’s order can only be returned with the express approval of Luminess Beauty.
Requests to return goods must be submitted within 7 days from the date of shipping and the original invoice number must be quoted.
Where goods are accepted (for credit or refund at the discretion of Luminess Beauty) they must be delivered at the buyer’s expense into Luminess Beauty’s distribution centre in original condition and packaging. Returned products are the buyer’s responsibility until they reach the Luminess Beauty Distribution centre.
 
 

Luminess Beauty Delivery Policy:

Luminess Beauty uses Australian Post ‘track and trace’ service to deliver to customers in Australia.
Our target delivery timeframes are 3-6 working days from date of order for NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC and SA.

Target delivery timeframe for NT and WA is 6-12 days.
